I haven’t done one of these in a while but here’s a relaxing video of me and a couple of friends hanging out in mexico city. we were in the condessa neighborhood, which is my favorite for all its restaurants, bars, and cute shops.

The Venice Aman

I recently had the chance to visit the Aman Venice, which is the only Aman property that doesn’t require a hotel reservation to enter its premises.

It’s located on the Venetian Grand Canal within a 16th-century palace called the Palazzo Papadopoli, which was last owned by a Greek family in the 1800s. That family still lives in the penthouse floor, but the lower levels have since been converted to the namesake luxury hotel.

The walls of the main dining floor are embellished with Rococo style art, gilt mirrors, fresco oil paintings, stone carved fireplaces, and Rubelli silk wall coverings - covering every square meter that the eye can see. You can feel really the blend of Aman's minimalist aesthetics with historic Venetian opulence. A truly breathtaking place to visit ‼️
